1. Driving the end-to-end model development lifecycle, ensuring best practices for reproducible research and well-managed software delivery.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in information retrieval or text summarization, with experience in NLP (Natural Language Processing).
2. Strong proficiency in Python, including code review, unit testing, and working with a large codebase.
3. Experience with AWS.
4. Documented experience in machine learning/artificial intelligence, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders to define problems effectively.
5. Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset, designing and conducting experiments efficiently to answer empirical questions.
6. Fluent communication in English.
