Description and RequirementsDo you have knowledge of the data centre enterprise environment and products? Can you support technical requests across a broad range of areas?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our experienced and dedicated team based in Poland. You will support our expansive Datacentre business within our Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG). In this role, you will partner with our field-based Sales and Technical Sales/Architects to answer technical questions on Lenovo's product portfolio and build technical configurations using Lenovo configurators. To achieve this, you'll need to work with various inputs from our clients including RFPs, requirement statements, and sizing data.
This is a generalist role where you will support a multiplicity of requests from across a broad range of areas; however, you would be expected to have/build specific skills in the X86 server space and Hyper Converged Infrastructure. Storage knowledge is an additional asset. You will report to our Lenovo ISG GM based in Poland as well.
What will be your other tasks once you join us?
- Provide technical pre-sales support to Lenovo Sales, Technical Sales, and Lenovo Business Partners.
- Produce technical outputs such as sizing, RFP responses, and configurations to meet client requirements.
- Act as a trusted advisor ensuring that Lenovo proposes robust and industry-leading solutions.
