Financial Analyst/Analityk Finansowy

Description -

Displays and Docks is a fast growing, profitable and dynamic business. Driving attached and Expending the Display and Docks is one of the PS priorities in FY25.

This role is responsible for leading and providing expertise to the Displays and Dockings business teams, participating in cross-functional initiatives, and guiding process improvements.

It implies a strong collaboration with business leaders to influence strategic decision-making and conducting complex financial analysis to achieve objectives effectively. The role is in a global team, offering a broad WW geographical scope.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates and supports the Displays and Dockings business team to help achieve budget and enable efficient execution of the strategic initiatives.
  • Be an active key advisor to senior management, bringing insightful analysis, action-oriented recommendations and influences strategic decision-making within a broad scope.
  • Exercises independent judgment in resolving business issues.
  • Analyzes actual results and builds comprehensive narratives, draws conclusions, and proposes improvement areas.
  • Forecasts financial results within a broad scope and identifies opportunities for process improvement and policy development, actively engaging in their design and implementation.
  • Represents the business unit during cross-regional or cross-functional planning processes: quota, budget, 4Q planning.
  • Understands the different P&L line items.
  • Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and participates in cross-functional initiatives.
  • Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies.
Requirements:
  • Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Good understanding of P&L contra and cost items.
  • Good communication skills to enable effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Autonomous and independent judgment in analyzing business issues.
  • Flexible to work effectively in a global and dynamic business and finance environment.
