We are looking for an FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team and help scale finance operations as the company grows. If you are passionate about data-driven decision-making, love building from scratch or optimizing processes, and thrive in a fast-moving environment, this role is for you

In this position, you will work closely with the FP&A Lead to build scalable FP&A processes and to automate finance workflows. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, solid understanding of management accounting principles, and experience in streamlining and automating.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Support in building financial models, planning templates and methodologies
  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and automate manual processes
  • Closely collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, operations, product, data analytics and HR teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Design scalable and dynamic reporting solutions using Google Sheets / Excel, integrating with various ERPs and data visualization tools
  • Drive cost efficiency by refining expense management workflows and building a structured cost center framework
Who You Are
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, managerial accounting, or financial modeling
  • Strong analytical mindset with a solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and management reporting
  • Tech-savvy problem solver – expert in Google Sheets & Excel automation (array formulas, scripting, ERP integrations).
  • Familiarity with GAAP/ IFRS principles and financial compliance frameworks
  • Self-starter mentality – you take ownership, think critically, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
Would be an advantage
  • Experience with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
