The role to be part of the Regulatory Compliance Department as an individual contributor Regulatory Compliance Team. Works cross-functionally and independently with various local and international departments to manage and act as a lead on Regulatory Projects and Customers requests. The operational role primarily deals with processes, systems, and documentation.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Management of regulatory compliance and quality information.
  2. Support during commercialization to complete regulatory information.
  3. Support technical and new product developments to ensure understanding and compliance with legislative requirements.
  4. Approve product formulations, raw materials, and artwork to ensure compliance with legislative and customers' requirements.
  5. Respond to food legislation queries from internal customers.
  6. Interpret, evaluate, and apply regulations, industry standards and customer requirements to new and existing products.
  7. Managing projects, develop internal procedures, identify process improvements.
  8. Provide training to other departments and customers to share regulatory information.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  1. Strong knowledge of food product-related regulatory & quality information such as product nutrition, ingredient statements, religious certification, food product labelling, food product assembly, and product specifications & inspection plans.
  2. Degree in Food Technology or a closely related technical field.
  3. Previous experience in Food Industry.
  4. Knowledge of DevEX, SAP, and advanced MS Office is desirable.
  5. Strong attention to detail.
  6. Works collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
  7. Able to effectively apply applicable regulations and industry standards.
  8. Very good English.
  9. Readiness to work in rotation shifts (morning & afternoon).
