SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration and Integration Consultant
Role Summary
We are looking for an SAP Ariba Consultant to provide Level 2 functional and technical support across SAP Ariba Supplier Sourcing, Supply Chain Collaboration, SAP Business Network, and sell-side integration. The consultant will support integration between SAP Ariba and SAP ECC through CIG, CPI, and related interface components.
The position covers incident resolution, service requests, supplier onboarding, interface monitoring, authorization management, upgrade testing, operational activities, and coordination with SAP and technical support teams.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience with SAP Ariba Supplier Sourcing.
- Strong experience with SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration.
- Good understanding of SAP Business Network operations.
- Strong SAP ECC knowledge covering:
- Purchasing
- Delivery and transportation
- Packing instructions
- Order management
- Order confirmation
- Invoicing
- Experience with interface setup and mapping using CIG and CPI or CIP components.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting interfaces and integration errors.
- Familiarity with SRT_MONI, SLG1, proxies, EDI messages, and SAP interface-monitoring activities.
- Strong incident management, root-cause analysis, user communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to perform technical system testing after upgrades.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of SAP Integration Suite and CPI.
- ABAP development or troubleshooting experience.
- Exposure to Node.js, Java, or ABAP on SAP cloud platforms.
- SAP system-customizing knowledge.
- Experience with supplier onboarding and enablement.
- Familiarity with SAP Ariba release cycles and test-realm usage.
- User and authorization management experience, particularly SSO configuration.
- Understanding of procurement compliance and audit requirements.
Recommended Candidate Profile
- SAP Ariba techno-functional consultant with strong integration and SAP ECC logistics knowledge.
- Suitable for an experienced Level 2 consultant who can independently perform monitoring, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, supplier onboarding, testing, and operational support.
- Able to coordinate effectively with functional, integration, development, Basis, authorization, supplier, and external-support teams.
- Strong English communication capability. German language capability would be advantageous because the documented service language includes English and German.
