We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager with a Full Stack Web Development background. The ideal candidate will manage technical projects, lead teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications
  1. Experience as a Technical Team Lead, managing and mentoring development teams.
  2. Proven experience as a Full Stack/Web Developer.
  3. Proficiency in programming languages and familiarity with web technologies like Angular and React.
  4. Hands-on experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  5. Good knowledge of project management methods.
  6. Experience with JIRA.
  7. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence.
  8. Team management skills, with the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate diverse teams.
  9. Strong client orientation, with a focus on understanding and addressing client needs effectively.
  10. Fluent in spoken and written English.
  11. Strong communication and presentation skills.
Nice to have
  1. Experience in work related to software development.
  2. PSM/CSM Certificate.
  3. Experience in Financial domain.

Online technical interview

~2 hours

This stage includes an introduction to our company, a task or assessment relevant to the position and a series of technical questions to further evaluate your expertise.

Call with hiring manager

~45 min

You'll have the opportunity to speak with the hiring manager to discuss our company, the projects you'll be involved in, and address any questions you might have.

Call with potential client

~1 hour

For some roles, there may be an additional meeting with a potential client to discuss future collaboration and ensure alignment with client needs.
