What You'll Do at Pega:
  1. Support and guide development teams with a focus on ensuring the teams meet their product deliverables within the agile mindset.
  2. Learn from the experiences of other Scrum Masters.
  3. Be a mentee supported by an experienced Scrum Master in your daily work.
  4. Be part of a dynamic and fast-growing team delivering strategically important solutions for world-class customers.
  5. Learn from and contribute to the Agile Services Chapter.

What You've Accomplished:
  1. Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  2. Strong and demonstrable communication skills, spoken and written, in both Polish and English.
  3. Familiarity with and understanding of the basic concepts of Agile Methodology and Scrum Framework.
  4. Experience using a variety of different Agile models (Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.).
  5. Knowledge and understanding of change model(s) and change management in an organization.
