About the client:

Our client is transforming into a SaaS company. To support this transformation, they defined multiple key initiatives to focus on the cloud business. One of these key initiatives for the Medium Segment is to release a Medium Payroll Platform and localize it for multiple markets.

Your future tasks:

1. Plan and execute specific testing approaches within defined stages of development e.g. rapid, risk based, exploratory, regression, security, usability etc.
2. Demonstrate continuous improvement in product, system knowledge and monitor technology trends to further increase the effectiveness of the testing function and evolve our testing standards and practices.
3. Review and maintain existing automation suites to ensure they are optimized, maintainable and as efficient as possible.
4. Demonstrate leadership skills including producing effective test metrics and providing recommendations.
5. All performance tests are written to be dynamic and robust; this allows the tests to run for a period of time, be reused and be maintained effortlessly.

Our Requirements:

1. At least 4 years of hands-on software product functional testing.
2. Experience testing web applications.
3. Experience with API testing.
4. Experience in using UI profilers and understanding of developer tools.
5. Experience with automation tools such as Selenium or Playwright.
6. Experience with version control.
7. An instinctive attention to detail in all aspects of working and an ability to review the work of others and provide rich data feedback.
8. Good problem solving and troubleshooting approach; always able to provide logical solutions and options.
9. Very good in spoken and written English.

Nice to have:

1. Experience with performance tools: JMeter will be desirable.
2. Experience with security testing.
