Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • End to end responsibility for a (set of) IT services running in Azure Cloud and projects (taking care of all stages of the process to ensure functionality and functioning at the user's desk)
  • Functional management of IT service team members belonging to the IT service/project
  • Taking responsibility of financial aspects of IT projects
  • Being responsible for the technology used in the IT services and projects you are in charge of
  • Responsibility for the management of sub contracted services
  • Stakeholder management of business management contacts

Your skills and experience:

  • A Bachelor / Master degree (preferably in the area of Computer Science or related)
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in setting up and maintaining test infrastructure (MS Client/Server, database systems (MS SQL/Oracle), Microsoft Azure / hybrid data centers, ideally also knowledge of storage and server hardware)
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in testing (functional test and non-functional test) within the Infrastructure or Application maintenance domain, preferably in the area of test coordination or test planning
  • Knowledge of code repositories (Gitlab, Intune) and pipeline/deployment mechanisms
  • Understanding of project management and reporting practices
  • Good knowledge of regulatory requirements (BSI, KAIT, DORA, GDPR etc.)
  • Fluency in English - both written and spoken. Good command of German language would be an asset
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
  • Good organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset
