We are looking for a Business Finance Junior Analyst – Project Controlling.

Location & commitments:

  1. Full-time job
  2. Open-ended contract after 3 months probation period
  3. Hybrid job model (Warsaw office)

Responsibilities:
  1. Support comprehensive, accurate and timely performance of period end closing activities in line with company requirements
  2. Perform Orders, Sales and P&L analysis vs previous year, rolling forecast, targets, identify main evolutions
  3. Prepare Management dashboards with meaningful insights and value add comments
  4. Support business by performing ad hoc analysis and provide more granular data
  5. Support business review preparations
  6. Ensure master data maintenance
  7. Support other team members in tasks related to improvement/change management projects
  8. Strive to continuously improve FP&A processes
  9. Develop a strong trusted relationship with the customer
  10. Support digitalization and transformation processes
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in relevant field: FP&A, Controlling, Financial Audit, Accounting
  2. Bachelor's or master's degree (finance, accounting, engineering, statistics, mathematics or equivalent)
  3. Good communication and collaboration skills
  4. Ability to interact with process stakeholders at various levels
  5. Attention to details and ability to identify issues or inconsistencies
  6. Ability to organize, summarize and articulate complex financial information for decision making
  7. Good problem solving, ability to prioritize tasks, demonstrated ability to achieve objectives and focus on details
  8. IT skills: advanced knowledge of Excel, SAP/Oracle & BI tools knowledge, MS Office
  9. Good English skills
  10. Passion for continuous improvements & change management
