Identity Management and Directories Solution Architect - Remote Work

Responsible for the Solution Architecture of Identity Management and directories. The role is for a technical expert who can transform the high-level plans from Enterprise Architecture, infosec requirements, operational considerations into a robust operational solution. The candidate must have a strong sense of customer focus to ensure the solutions make life easier for the business while maintaining design principles and security. The role will cover new solutions, continuous improvement of existing solutions, working on complex technical issues or problem management, guiding operational teams and more.

Tasks

  1. Solution architecture of Identity Management and Directories (Active Directory, EntraID).
  2. Transform high level concept from Enterprise Architecture into operational service/s.
  3. Design and maintain operational processes and documentation.
  4. Interface with information security to ensure that policies are incorporated into the design.
  5. Assist information security to define policies.
  6. Collaborate with IS suppliers where needed.
  7. Work under guidance of IAM Enterprise Architect.
  8. Propose and develop solutions to automate and/or improve existing solutions.
  9. Contribute to the development of high-level architecture decisions, standards, and policies.
  10. Assist as needed to resolve complex operational issues.
  11. Work in area of problem management to define permanent solutions to prevent common or complex issues.
  12. Create and/or approve technical specifications for changes based on functional as well as non-functional requirements and specifications.
  13. Analyze current service performance for potential problems and improvement.
  14. Support global vendors in analyzing problems and developing solutions.
  15. Propose and evaluate business case for changes or new services.
  16. Evaluate service refresh and new services.
  17. Maintain a daily cooperation with colleagues using the services or involved in their design and delivery.

Requirements

  1. BSc degree with 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure services with specific and strong experience in Identity Management and Directories.
  2. Deep technical knowledge in these areas preferred:
    1. Identity life cycle management, roles, and access management.
    2. SAP experience, especially access management.
    3. Microsoft Directories (Active Directory, EntraID).
    4. Experience with Saviynt IAM would be a great asset.
    5. Experience implementing IAM across an array of applications including ERP.
    6. Experience with privileged access solutions would be a great asset.
    7. PowerShell, T-SQL or other scripting experience.
    8. Previous experience in networking, security or hosting service is welcome.
  3. Cultural awareness and the ability to work in a complex, multicultural, and global team.
  4. Great team player.
  5. Strong leadership and communication skills.

The preferred location for this position is to be based in Krakow, Poland; however, we welcome all candidates who have the appropriate competencies and can be based in the relevant time zone.
