Remote Application Support Engineer II – KYC/KYB

Concentrix CVG International sp. z o.o. is seeking an Application Support Engineer II to provide L1/L2 production support for KYC/KYB and iXHero applications. You will monitor health, troubleshoot logs, APIs, and cloud issues, and own incidents from triage to resolution.

The role requires fluency in French, English and Portuguese, with Spanish a plus, and 3-5 years in SLA-driven support. Willingness to work in a remote, Poland-based, full-time position.
