Join us on our journey as a Senior Data Engineer to play a pivotal role in shaping how money is sent worldwide. You will work in a team of bright-minded individuals looking after data delivery on time for a wide range of questions. Here's what you'll be doing as a Senior Data Engineer:

  • Develop new and support existing dbt models by following dimensional modeling best practices.
  • Build data validation rules and data quality monitors for data quality assurance.
  • Build and maintain data products.
  • Guide data users on how data products should be used.
  • Optimise data transformations for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Implement and maintain data governance across the company.
  • Communicate with product teams regarding data quality issues.

You'll report to our Data Engineering Manager.

Here's what we'd love from our new Senior Data Engineer:

  • Excellent knowledge of DBT tool.
  • Excellent SQL knowledge.
  • Experienced with dimensional data modeling techniques.
  • Experience in performance tuning on analytics databases (like Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake, etc). We are using Redshift.
  • Familiar with how data models are used in BI tools.

And if you can also do this stuff, even better:

  • Build real-time data processing pipelines.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: Starting from €5000 (net) per month, depending on experience and competence.
  • Annual Leave: 20 days annual leave per year
  • For Poland we can currently only offer B2B contracts.
