YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Network Engineer to lead our IT infrastructure team. The Senior Network Engineer will be responsible for architecting, implementing, managing, and optimizing our organization's network infrastructure, ensuring maximum uptime, robust security, and peak performance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with advanced network technologies, a proven track record of successful large-scale network projects, and strong leadership skills.

YOUR TASKS
  • Architect, design, and manage enterprise-wide network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN) to meet business requirements.
  • Lead network security initiatives, including implementing next-generation firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPN solutions.
  • Develop and enforce network policies, standards, and best practices, ensuring compliance and optimal performance.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership across IT projects.
  • Drive network automation efforts using tools and scripts to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
  • Collaborate with IT leaders to align network strategies with overall organizational goals and ensure scalability.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Experience: 5+ years in network engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
  • Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, including designing and implementing large-scale infrastructures.
  • Security: Deep understanding of network security principles and experience with advanced technologies (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS).
  • Leadership: Strong leadership, mentoring, and project management skills.
  • Automation: Expertise in scripting and network automation (e.g., Python, Ansible).
  • Cloud: Familiarity with cloud networking and hybrid cloud environments.
  • Languages: Very good level of French and English with excellent communication skills.

  • Certifications like CCNP, CCIE, or equivalents.
