About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical SCM Commodity Analyst to join our team in Poland. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, transportation, order management, and reverse logistics. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, stakeholder communication, and the ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

General Supply Chain & Analytics

  • Manage and optimize supply chain operations, ensuring smooth processes across teams.
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and develop solutions for operational efficiencies.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams (Fulfillment, Transportation, Reverse Operations, Systems, Packaging) to drive process improvements.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities within the supply chain.
  • Document processes through SOPs and provide training as required.
  • Work with international teams across different time zones.

Transportation & Logistics

  • Oversee transportation operations including inbound, outbound, carrier management, and customs.
  • Manage and troubleshoot Transportation Management Systems (TMS, SAP) to ensure smooth logistics execution.
  • Lead large cross-functional meetings and drive key discussions.
  • Monitor escalations and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Manage reverse logistics processes including returns, vendor performance, and troubleshooting process issues.
  • Identify root causes for logistics challenges and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Process B2B orders including PO ingestion, acknowledgments, amendments, cancellations, and manual order releases.
  • Troubleshoot order validation issues related to pricing, MOQ, and system errors in SAP.
  • Generate Orders at Risk Reports, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Address customer queries regarding order status, delivery updates, and escalations.

Required Skills & Experience:

Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, Tableau, SAP - SCM
  • Hands-on experience with TMS, order management systems, and automation tools
  • Excellent English communication skills with the ability to summarize complex updates, consolidate issues, and propose solutions.
  • Ability to lead meetings, drive discussions, and communicate with stakeholders effectively.

Problem-Solving & Process Optimization

  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to troubleshoot system/process inefficiencies and implement sustainable solutions.
