Client Onboarding & Maintenance Executive - Warsaw
We're looking for a proactive and diligent Client Onboarding Executive or KYC Analyst to join our team and help deliver exceptional onboarding experiences for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in precision, and enjoys working collaboratively across the business.
What you'll be doing
- End-to-end KYC/AML due diligence — owning onboarding and reviews for individuals, corporates, funds, trusts, partnerships, and other entities.
- Financial crime & risk assessment — CDD/EDD, Source of Wealth/Funds, PEPs, sanctions, adverse media, fraud/AML indicators, and appropriate escalation.
- Regulatory compliance — ensuring onboarding meets internal and external requirements, including MiFID, FATCA/CRS, EMIR, and Suitability/Appropriateness.
- Client onboarding & case management — acting as the main point of contact, obtaining/verifying documentation, resolving queries, and completing reviews on time.
- Cross-functional collaboration — working closely with Sales, Financial Crime, Compliance, and Legal to resolve issues and onboarding blockers.
- KYC governance & continuous improvement — maintaining accurate records and MI, improving KYC procedures, and staying current with regulatory developments.
What you'll bring
- 2+ years' KYC and client onboarding experience, with strong end-to-end KYC knowledge, including complex structures.
- Strong understanding of PEPs, sanctions, adverse media screening, and sourcing CDD information from public sources.
- Experience with Suitability/Appropriateness assessments and MiFID categorisation.
- Knowledge of relevant FCA, JMLSG, MiFID and Money Laundering Regulations.
- Strong analytical, investigative, numerical and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and cross-team collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and within a team; knowledge of trading instruments is advantageous but not essential.
