The Warsaw Recruiting team is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to assist the team with administrative and recruitment responsibilities.

We are looking for a recruiting coordinator that would provide administrative support to the team and assist primarily with the coordination of candidate recruiting processes. Duties include general administrative responsibilities, overall support for the teams, and direct involvement in the execution of the recruitment strategies.

What you'll do
  1. Liaising with recruiters and candidates directly on logistics, including interview scheduling across multiple time zones and locations
  2. Maintain candidate data in the Firm's applicant tracking system including resumes, interview notes and candidate status
  3. Manage phone coverage for team and set up conference calls when needed
  4. Manage clear communications with candidates throughout the process to ensure high quality candidate experience
  5. Organize and support career fairs, ensuring effective representation of the company and a positive experience for attendees
  6. Ensure optimal experience for all stakeholders involved in the process
  7. Manage onboarding for the company new joiners within the established timelines
  8. Work alongside recruiters to streamline and improve recruitment processes
What's required
  1. Exposure to recruiting a plus
  2. Ability to exercise sound judgment in assessing and determining how to handle queries, calls and issues
  3. Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments while maintaining strong attention to detail
  4. Proactive, assertive and self-motivated
  5. Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to work with all levels of staff
  7. Data-driven
  8. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  9. Experience with applicant tracking systems a plus
  10. Over 1 year administrative or recruiting experience is a plus
  11. University degree required
