Sustainable High Risk Business Onboarding

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our High Risk Onboarding team at Worldline.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for complex risk assessments of high risk business models and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Risk Assessments: Conduct thorough risk assessments of high risk business models and customers to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Information Verification: Verify customer information and analyze their capabilities to fulfill specific requirements.
  • Collaboration: Communicate effectively with colleagues from Risk, Compliance, and Sales to ensure seamless onboarding processes.
  • Decision-Making: Participate in decision-forums with the team to drive informed decisions.
  • Talent Development: Train and support less senior colleagues on your specialty-competences to foster growth within the team.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the development of routines and procedures that enhance the team's efficiency.
  • Lifelong Learning: Engage in continuous learning and training to stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments.
  • Representation: Represent multiple Worldline entities, promoting a unified brand image.
Requirements:
  • AML/KYC Expertise: Prior experience within the area of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) is essential.
  • Fintech/FinServ Background: Experience in acquiring, FinTech, or banking would be highly advantageous.
  • Critical Skills: Resilience, strong focus, and problem-solving skills are crucial for success in this role.
  • Pace Setter: Fast learner, self-motivated, and able to adapt quickly to new situations.
