Job Description:

We're passionate about building software that helps our customers send and receive their goods. Our Consumer-Facing teams build and maintain web applications and enabling platforms that provide features such as marketing communication, loyalty programs, and payments.

We have built one of the most well-recognized and appreciated mobile applications in Poland's Logistics sector, with over 10 million users. Now, we're taking it international.

We're looking for an experienced Android Developer to join us on this journey. As an Android Developer, you'll play a key role in shaping our platform, improving processes, and delivering the best native app experience in the market.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of our applications.
  • Refactor existing code to improve its design while working in an agile environment.
  • Develop test-covered code at a high quality and participate in team decisions to build scalable and maintainable apps.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, best practices, and standards are followed.
  • Document technical specifications, installation procedures, and other relevant information for our applications.

Your Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Android development.
  • Expert knowledge of the Android SDK and different versions of Android, including device configurations.
  • Strong knowledge of Google's Android UI design principles, patterns, best practices, and interface guidelines.
  • Experience with Android Architecture components, Jetpack libraries, MVVM, and Clean Architecture.
  • Experience with optimizing mobile apps in Java and Kotlin.
  • Experience with Compose and Coroutines.
  • Experience with Firebase configuration.
  • Experience working with API interfaces to integrate data and functionality in mobile applications.
  • The ability to solve problems and propose your own solutions.
  • The ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
  • A focus on solution delivery, attention to detail, and a professional approach to tasks.
  • Familiarity with traditional software development processes and tools, including Git, JIRA, Confluence, Code Reviews, and CI/CD.
  • A good understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Professional English language skills (minimum B2).
