Event Manager Role at Reality Games

We're seeking a skilled Event Manager to elevate our events and create memorable experiences for game dev enthusiasts, IT professionals, and creatives alike.

About the Role:

As an Event Manager, you'll oversee every detail of company events, from meetups and conferences to commercial events. Your exceptional organizational skills will ensure seamless execution and timely completion, staying within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, including conferences, meetings, and team-building activities.
  • Manage logistical aspects: venue booking, catering, transportation, and technical support.
  • Adapt event spaces, procure materials, and facilitate smooth setup and teardown.
  • Oversee event budgets and track costs, ensuring on-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with departments and external vendors to meet event-related needs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces, including post-event clean-up.
  • Provide refreshments and assist guests during events.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in event coordination or similar environment.
  • Proven track record in event planning and execution.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and keep costs under control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines.
