Powstaliśmy, aby odpowiadać za innowacje technologiczne, które zwiększają wartość Grupy i poziom korzystania z usług przez jej konsumentów i konsumentki.

Aktualnie poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko City Operations Manager, która dołączy do bohaterek i bohaterów Lite w misji technologicznego rozwoju świata

Poszukujemy osoby, która obejmie kluczową rolę w zarządzaniu operacjami magazynowymi i logistycznymi, łącząc zadania operacyjne, strategiczne i komercyjne.

Będziesz odpowiadać za:

  • całościowe wyniki oraz realizację planu rozwoju działalności w Krakowie;
  • zarządzanie pracą magazynów, w tym wdrażanie i optymalizację procesów operacyjnych, zapewniając sprawną obsługę zamówień do klientów;
  • zarządzanie pracą kurierów, w tym rekrutacja, przewidywanie zapotrzebowania na kurierów, dostosowywanie systemu wynagrodzeń oraz codzienny monitoring jakości pracy kurierów;
  • planowanie i koordynowanie działań związanych z otwieraniem nowych lokalizacji magazynowych, w tym rekrutację zespołów i organizację infrastruktury;
  • opracowywanie planów zatrudnienia, zapewniając odpowiednią ilość współpracowników zgodnie z prognozami popytu oraz budżetem oraz nadzorowanie efektywności zespołu, planowanie pracy, wdrażanie systemów motywacyjnych oraz rozwój pracowników;
  • analizowanie i rozwiązywanie problemów operacyjnych oraz reklamacji klientów, wdrażanie działań naprawczych w celu poprawy satysfakcji;
  • współpracę z działami marketingu, asortymentu, technologii, HR i finansów, aby synchronizować działania operacyjne z celami komercyjnymi firmy;
  • monitorowanie kluczowych wskaźników wydajności (KPI) i realizowanie działań poprawiających efektywność operacji;
  • bezpośrednia komunikacja wyników do zespołu zarządzającego.

Zaaplikuj do nas, jeśli:

  • posiadasz doświadczenie na stanowisku o podobnym charakterze;
  • dążysz do osiągania najwyższych standardów operacyjnych, skutecznie identyfikując i eliminując nieefektywności oraz wprowadzając usprawnienia w procesach;
  • posiadasz umiejętności analityczne na wysokim poziomie – potrafisz analizować i interpretować dane, wyciągać praktyczne wnioski z złożonych zbiorów informacji oraz identyfikować kluczowe trendy;
  • doskonale odnajdujesz się w pracy zespołowej, efektywnie komunikujesz się i współpracujesz z przedstawicielami różnych działów;
  • łatwo nawiązujesz relacje, jesteś osobą empatyczną i komunikatywną, co ułatwia Ci budowanie pozytywnych więzi;
  • cechuje Cię samodzielność w organizowaniu zarówno pracy własnej, jak i zespołowej, odpowiedzialność oraz proaktywność;
  • swobodnie posługujesz się językiem angielskim (poziom B2);
  • jesteś otwarty/a na podróże służbowe do naszej głównej siedziby w Warszawie.
