Job Description

This is a remote position.

This is a remote position for an aspiring software developer interested in building practical technical skills and contributing to real-world technology projects.

You will work with the Founder and technical team to explore technologies, develop software solutions, support implementations, and solve business problems. The role offers exposure to different technologies and project types, with opportunities to take on greater technical responsibilities as your skills develop.

We’re looking for someone curious, proactive, willing to learn, and interested in turning technical knowledge into practical solutions.

1. Software Development & Implementation

• Assist in developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining websites, web applications, and custom software solutions.
  
• Write and improve code using relevant programming languages and frameworks based on project requirements and demonstrated skills.
  
• Participate in developing application features, forms, dashboards, integrations, and business workflows.
  
• Work with the Founder and technical team to understand requirements and implement practical solutions.
  

2. Technical Research & Problem-Solving

• Research technologies, libraries, APIs, frameworks, and tools relevant to ongoing projects.
  
• Troubleshoot technical issues, identify bugs, and work toward effective solutions.
  
• Explore new approaches to improve application functionality, reliability, and performance.
  
• Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly to support coding, debugging, research, and productivity.
  

3. Websites, Applications & Business Automation

• Gain hands-on exposure to website development, CRM platforms, SaaS applications, APIs, and business process automation.
  
• Assist with integrating applications, connecting APIs, configuring workflows, and implementing required functionality.
  
• Explore web and cloud application development and other technologies based on project needs.
  
• Learn how software solutions address real business requirements and improve operational efficiency.
  

4. Testing, Documentation & Quality Assurance

• Test application features, identify issues, reproduce bugs, and verify fixes.
  
• Document technical findings, implementation steps, and relevant project information.
  
• Follow coding standards, development guidelines, and version-control practices as applicable.
  
• Help ensure solutions meet requirements and function as expected before delivery.
  
• Work closely with the Founder and technical team to develop practical software development skills.
  
• Learn new programming languages, frameworks, platforms, and tools based on project requirements.
  
• Collaborate across software development, CRM, automation, and other technology projects.
  
• Take initiative, seek feedback, and progressively assume greater responsibility based on demonstrated skills and performance.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical knowledge.
  
• Foundational programming knowledge and a genuine interest in software development.
  
• Familiarity with Python or another programming language.
  
• Understanding of basic programming concepts, including variables, functions, conditions, loops, and data structures.
  
• Basic understanding of problem-solving, debugging, and logical thinking.
  
• Ability to research technical problems, learn independently, and apply feedback.
  
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to test and improve your work.
  
• Ability to communicate progress, ask questions, and collaborate effectively with the team.
  
• Willingness to learn new tools and contribute to projects beyond your initial areas of familiarity.
