What you'll do

As a Financial Controller, you will join an international finance team and have an opportunity to develop your career while contributing to the Regnology finance operations.

Your key accountabilities are:

Management of legal entity financials

  • Maintain daily processes related to bank records, A/P and payment runs.
  • Perform financial closing cycles on IFRS.
  • Liaison for local revenue bookings.
  • Manage monthly accrual process and intercompany bookings.
  • Prepare and analyse monthly trial balance (AR/AP, fixed/leased assets, bank reconciliations, FX revaluations).
Management Accounts & Budgets
  • Assistance FP&A team with annual budgets, forecasts, and monthly reporting.
Audit, Tax & Compliance
  • Ensuring local fillings.
  • Posting of tax related entries and reconciliation of all tax accounts.
  • Completion of the annual statutory audits.
Other
  • Participate in optimization process of D365.
  • Ad Hoc Finance Projects.

  • 4 years+ experience in accounting – exposure in an international accounting environment is a plus.
  • Qualification as an Accountant (ACCA) or similar.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 - Finance and Operations.
  • Fluency in English is a requirement.
  • You are based in Poland.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a deadline driven environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
