Project

We are seeking a Quantexa-certified Technical Business Analyst with a proven track record in business and IT analysis to support the exploration and implementation of new Transaction Monitoring requirements. In this role, you will act as a critical link between business and IT teams, working closely with business experts, product owners, local systems SMEs, and stakeholders to analyze, validate, and document functional and non-functional requirements.

What You Will Be Doing On This Position

  • Act as bridge between the Business and IT teams from scope perspective
  • Collect, validate, structure and document business functional and non-functional requirements
  • Act the SPOC for any questions/ clarifications from Developers/ Testers regarding requirements
  • Provide support to the Testing team in drafting the Test scenarios
  • Provide support to the Business team during UAT from scope coverage perspective

Expected competences and knowledge

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as IT Analyst
  • Quantexa certified
  • Strong in collaboration and building relationship with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in business and IT analysis
  • Experience with collecting, validating and structuring business functional and non-functional requirements
  • Experience with process modelling and visualization techniques
  • Understanding of data analysis and information modelling
  • Good writing skills, presentation and communication skills
  • Familiar with agile way of working
  • Knowledge of various products of Capital Markets and Trade Finance respectively
  • Nice to have:
  • Experience in Hadoop and Transaction monitoring domain
  • Previous experience in banking domain, especially in the financial crime prevention area
