We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about the gaming industry and are eager to grow their careers in social media and customer engagement within a high-tech environment.

It's a full-time position located in our office in Cracow, Poland.

  1. Comprehensive Initial Training: Participate in an in-depth training course aimed at equipping you with the skills and insights necessary for your position.
  2. Execution of Marketing Initiatives: Work in synergy with the team to plan and execute marketing initiatives, making use of techniques such as direct messaging, mass mailing, and direct marketing.
  3. Oversight of Digital Marketing Platforms: Assume responsibility for the everyday management of our digital marketing platforms, including but not limited to social media channels like Twitter, Discord, Telegram, Facebook, and Instagram, as well as web/online platforms, complemented by ASO/SEO/SEM efforts.
  4. Cultivation of Audience Relations: Concentrate on direct mail initiatives and the engagement of prospective followers by designing and implementing strategies aimed at driving increased traffic to our social media outlets.

Job requirements

  1. Mastery of English: Exceptional command over both written and verbal forms of English is critical for creating compelling content and engaging effectively with an international audience.
  2. Excel Proficiency: A strong grasp of Excel is necessary for the analysis of data, compilation of reports, and monitoring of performance metrics.
  3. Eagerness to Learn: Candidates lacking direct experience but showing a readiness to quickly learn and adapt are encouraged to apply.
  4. Collaborative Spirit: The ability to integrate effectively into a team, contributing to the development and execution of marketing strategies, is essential.
  5. Digital Marketing Acumen: A robust understanding of digital marketing channels and the capability to effectively manage these channels to expand our digital footprint is crucial.
  6. Creativity and Innovation: A genuine interest in the gaming sector and the capacity to introduce novel ideas into our marketing endeavors are highly valued.
