Your role in a nutshell

As an Art Director, you'll be at the forefront of creativity, driving visual storytelling and shaping brand identities for our diverse range of clients. Your role encapsulates transforming ideas into striking visual stories that captivate and engage audiences across various platforms. Details:

  • Location: Hybrid model - 2 days per week in our Warsaw office, with the option to work remotely on other days
  • Reporting Line: Creative Director
  • Design graphic materials, including visualizations and unique custom solutions.
  • Work on digital sales campaigns, ongoing activities, digital activations, and non-standard projects.
  • Co-create branded content throughout various projects, ensuring consistency and creativity.
  • Develop communication strategies focused on influencer collaborations.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, confidently presenting ideas and engaging in discussions.

Skills and experience required to be successful in this role include:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Art Director in an agency setting.
  • A knack for visually brilliant storytelling.
  • Flexibility to adjust tone and style to fit different audiences and platforms.
  • Solid communication skills to pitch ideas and work closely with designers and other team members.
  • A passion for digital and social media, always staying up to date with what's new in the industry.
  • The ability to tell compelling stories and present your ideas in a way that captivates and engages.
  • Fluent Polish and a good grasp of English (B2 level or higher).
