The location of this role will be Krakow (PL) or Sofia (BG) depending on the location of the successful candidate.

At Imperial Brands, the EUS Service Owner is responsible for the operation of End User Services within Global Business Services Operations. In this role, you will be reporting to the Head of IT Infrastructure and will work closely with the other Service Owners and Service Delivery team.

By joining us in our Global Business Service hub in Krakow, you will become a part of an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees.

Principle Accountabilities
  • Providing leadership to the EUC team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
  • Building strategic relationships with key third-party suppliers
  • Ensuring timely resolution of EUC-related incidents and problems
  • Providing a high level of technical expertise and consultation at various levels across the organisation
  • Maintenance and forecasting of service budget lines
  • Supporting the optimisation and consolidation of technologies, services, and suppliers on a regional and global basis
Skills and Experience Required
  • Previous experience in IT Service Delivery
  • Budgetary experience coupled with demonstrable commercial awareness
  • Excellent IT people management skills with experience of managing teams spread across multiple locations
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles for end-user devices
  • Ability to manage key relationships with internal IS and business stakeholders
  • Prepared to undertake international business travel
