Brand Manager - OTC Portfolio

For Strategic Marketing Department.

As a Brand Manager in our Strategic Marketing Department, you will be responsible for creation and development of Global Strategy for existing Brands on covered markets, control of implementation on local markets according to Global vision.

Other part of responsibility – development of new strong recognizable sustainable Brands that will bring maximum benefit to our partners and customers on all Company`s covered markets.

You should have deeply knowledge and strong experience in Brand management as well as a strong experience in creation of advertising and other materials and tools in order to implement Brand`s strategy on Company`s covered markets. You should have launch experience in pharma categories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand management of existing and new Company`s Brands.
  • Development of Global Strategic marketing positioning of the Brand (existing Brands and launched Brands) for adaptation by local markets.
  • Creating of proposals for Brands` line extension based on market analysis, to drive coverage of existing Brands on operation markets.
  • Development of media strategies in close collaboration with media managers, media agencies and control of the implementation of media strategies, post-analysis of effectiveness.
  • Analysis of market trends in the relevant therapeutic areas on the covered markets.
  • Development of creative ideas for new Brand`s materials and involvement in the production process.
  • Organization of research with target audiences.
  • Launch management.
  • Providing expertise on forecasting the sales volume of new products.

Requirements:

  • University degree, preferably in Marketing or Economics or Scientific background (pharmaceutical degree).
  • 5+ years of brand management history, ideally with focus on OTC/CHC.
  • Fluent in written and verbal English (not lower than Upper Intermediate).
  • Advanced computer literacy – full MS Office Package.
  • Creativity in ideas and hands on in implementation.
  • Experience in Pharma industry will be considered as a strong advantage.
