About the Role:
We are looking for solid background in agency work, particularly within e-commerce. If you understand marketing platforms like Meta, Google, Influencers, Shopify, and have experience managing creative projects - you might be the perfect fit
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of agency experience
- Experience working in an e-commerce agency
- Basic understanding of marketing platforms: Meta, Google, Influencers, Shopify
- Knowledge of CRO and marketing channels
- Ability to quickly assess design quality (good, bad, or excellent) - testing task is mandatory
- Stress-resistant and able to work under pressure
- Flexible with excellent soft skills (communication, collaboration)
- Capable of managing projects and teams, being proactive and hands-on
- Passionate about AI and eager to integrate it into workflows
Preferred Skills:
- Agency experience specifically in marketing and operations
- Ability to evaluate design quality and creative solutions

- Efficient project management, meeting deadlines and quality standards
- Identifying weak spots in team workflows and suggesting improvements
- Handling multitasking and high-pressure situations
