Customer Delivery Manager

About the role:

Within our Smart TV Media Platform business unit, we are now looking for a Customer Delivery Manager. You will be based in the Warsaw or Wroclaw area, Poland. Our business unit is a globally distributed organization with a true international spirit. At the same time, we have local offices with a first name atmosphere. In the Customer Delivery department, our charter is to be the voice of the customer within our business and to work with our customer's teams to drive programs with them to accelerate the global footprint of Powered by TiVo TVs. As a Customer Delivery Manager, you will lead and co-ordinate internal teams across Commercial, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, Quality Assurance and Support departments to deliver programs of work, working in concert with our external partners and customers.

What you will get to do:

1. Team leadership – to inspire, drive and co-ordinate technical and commercial teams to collaborate and deliver effectively and efficiently against agreed goals.
2. Program Delivery – Build plans and execute on delivery timelines, managing risks and issues with internal and external stakeholders.
3. Collaborate and communicate – working effectively with all internal stakeholders (up to and including CxO level) and with our partners and customers (across all levels within their organization). Building and developing relationships and delivering on commitments are key attributes to this role, and pivotal to the success of the Customer Delivery Team.

Who we are looking for:

1. Program delivery experience in a customer facing environment.
2. Business and commercial acumen to understand the needs of our customer and to champion their cause within our organisation.
3. At least eight years of equivalent industry experience within a software development and delivery organization.
4. Experience in the software delivery lifecycle.
5. Practical knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies.
6. Strong communication skills to understand business requirements and technical concepts and be able to discuss these with both technical and non-technical people.
7. Able to work collaboratively to build plans and communicate the logical sequencing of tasks and actions to deliver on these plans.
8. Ability to co-ordinate and track progress and communicate effectively, motivating teams to solve problems and issues as they arise.
9. Fluent Polish and English (C1 level), both written and spoken.
10. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent work experience).
11. Curiosity and a passion for learning new things.

Nice to have:

1. Past or current industry experience related to the role.
2. Experience with line management.
