The Business Analyst role in Aon in our Risk Management function supporting the Asia Pacific (APAC) region could be your next step in your career.

We are seeking interested candidates for the role of Business Analyst, APAC but with location in Poland given the hybrid conditions on offer and the Risk support community already in place in Krakow.

This role supports the Australia Pacific Risk function within Aon reporting into the APAC Chief Risk Officer. It represents an exciting opportunity to help frame the risk-based decisions of the APAC business.

What the day will look like

  • Collating data and risk summaries and supporting the reporting on status into business and Global Risk Office
  • Limit of Liability Analysis
  • E&O data analysis and breakdown
  • Working with business on development of core MI control reports
  • Assessment of data relating to Quality Assurance and Peer Review processes

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Solid Experience in working in business analyst role preferably in insurance sector
  • Expert user of Excel and data related tools (e.g. QlikView, Power BI)
  • Ability to work with CRO and APAC Risk team and other lines of defence to draw conclusions, improved business outcomes based on trends patterns in data
  • Advanced English (C1)
