IT Operations is a Competence Center responsible for executing tasks and projects in the area of maintenance: workstations and mobile devices: computers, laptops, tablets, mobile phones, printers, servers, operating systems, networks, databases (SQL, Oracle), applications (SCCM, ServiceNow, Zabbix, O365, D365).
If you value working in an international environment where you can practically use and develop your English language skills and IT abilities – you have come to the right place We are looking for a IT Support Specialist (f/m/x) who will be ready to work in a three-shift system, including night hours, as well as work on weekends and holidays.
Your tasks
- IT user support in solving technical problems related to applications, systems, and computer hardware
- Remote support for users regarding applications, operating systems, and hardware
- Managing user accounts in Active Directory/Entra ID
- Office 365 support and basic telephone system administration
- Support for mobile devices (Android/iOS) and endpoint management tools (Intune, NinjaOne, ManageEngine)
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience, including internships and practical training
- Very good command of English, both spoken and written – a must
- Knowledge of computer hardware construction and basic configuration elements
- Familiarity with technologies: Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, Intune
- Interpersonal skills (communication, openness) and good self-organization
- Willingness to work in a three-shift system, including night hours and on weekends and holidays
- Fluent knowledge of Polish is required
- Required to be located in Poland
