This role is based in Wroclaw, Poland.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting stakeholders, customers, and team members as a Deputy Manager. This includes leading Shared Service initiatives and developing wider business aims within the teams.
A key aspect of this role is communication - having robust, fair, and open conversations with stakeholders at all levels of seniority is crucial.
Responsibilities:- Lead a team as a second line manager.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team.
- Ensure desired SLA's are achieved.
- Manage business relations with stakeholders.
- Drive stakeholder meetings to discuss performance.
- Monitor reports and handle exception items promptly.
- Resolve data quality issues accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure processes and procedures are met and adhered to.
- Continuously improve processes and propose ideas to relevant contacts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with AXA XL teams.
- Support the transition of new and existing work into teams.
- Drive a culture of Continuous Improvement and learning.
- Has a university degree.
- Is fluent in Business English and French (at least C1 level).
- Has proven experience in a team leader position.
- Has experience in stakeholder management and transition processes.
- Has experience in the insurance business (advantageous).
- Is computer literate.
- Has an inquisitive mind and compelling analytical thinking skills.
- Has good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Has excellent people skills and is communicative.
