Details:

  • Location: Hybrid model - 2 days per week in our Warsaw office, with the option to work remotely on other days.
  • Reporting Line: Creative Director.
  • Coming up with fresh, creative campaign ideas based on client briefs, and shaping your approach to fit their goals.
  • Writing copy and creating concepts for presentations (in PowerPoint or Keynote) to showcase our big ideas to clients.
  • Jumping into client meetings, making sure everyone's on the same page and that the campaign vision is clear.
  • Making tweaks and revisions based on client feedback to keep everything aligned with the project's original objectives.
  • Collaborating on digital and social media content, always keeping up with the latest trends and best practices.

Skills and experience required to be successful in this role include:

  • 2-5 years of experience as a Copywriter in an agency setting.
  • A strong knack for creative thinking and top-notch writing skills.
  • Flexibility to adjust tone and style to fit different audiences and platforms.
  • Solid communication skills to pitch ideas and work closely with designers and other team members.
  • A passion for digital and social media, always staying up to date with what's new in the industry.
  • The ability to tell compelling stories and present your ideas in a way that captivates and engages.
  • Fluent Polish and a good grasp of English (B2 level or higher).
