We are currently seeking a Sales Administration and Tender Specialist for Germany, Austria and the Netherlands who will be responsible for supporting and managing all sales operations activities including tender and contracts management, new account activations, supporting sales quoting and ad hoc project support as needed in compliance with local regulation, internal policies, quality procedures.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  1. Ensures the compilation of information and documents and the accurate and timely response to public and private tenders. Creates contract templates and actual customer contracts based on sales input and enters this information into our Oracle data system.
  2. Responds to customer/employee inquiries regarding contract details and provides our customers with standardized offers for consumables. Manages and coordinates product demos in collaboration with the local sales, service and applications teams.
  3. Participates in the creation of various marketing-related contracts (e.g. sponsorship, speaker and reference customer contracts). Supports local sales and field marketing teams in planning and executing marketing and sponsorship events.

The required qualifications for the job include:

  1. Language skills: German, English and Dutch preferably
  2. At least 3 years of practical experience, ideally in a sales/service organization with customer contact. Completed commercial training or relevant, comparable training.
  3. Good knowledge of CRM and database-based systems and strong communication skills, detail oriented, customer focused, good organizational skills.
