We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer in Kraków, Poland. This is a Hybrid work position, and the individual will be required to report into our Kraków, Poland Office 2 days per week. What You'll Do:

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our team in a hybrid role, requiring in-office presence two days per week. In this position, you will play a crucial role in automating solutions to drive the next generation of background screening. You will take ownership of automating complex cases, integrating QA automation into the CI/CD pipeline, and collaborating with agile teams to develop scalable, high-quality solutions.

  • Automate solutions that will drive the next generation of background screening.
  • Own solutions and outcomes by automating complex cases and integrating QA automation at the CI/CD level.
  • Collaborate within agile teams to develop scalable solutions.
  • Implement and maintain performance and security testing protocols as part of the automation suite.
  • Provide detailed reports and insights from automated testing to enhance product quality.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve automation processes to increase efficiency and coverage.
What You May Need to be Successful:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of QA experience in high volume SaaS platforms.
  • Minimum 3 years working as a fulltime automation engineer for a customer facing high volume SaaS platform.
  • Minimum 2 years working in an Agile development environment (Scrum or Kanban preferred).
  • Experience with QA Automation platforms and technologies including CI/CD level automation integration.
  • Proficiency with specific automation tools like Selenium, Tosca, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
  • Knowledge of performance testing and security testing practices.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills.
