As our colleague, you will enable Worldline to accept sustainable high risk business customers and business models. The High Risk Onboarding team is looking for a new member to reinforce our abilities to handle existing and new risk areas and customer types.
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Complex risk assessments of high risk business models and customers.
- Verification of information and analysis of customers capabilities to fulfill specific requirements.
- Communication with colleagues from Risk, Compliance and Sales.
- Participation in decision-forums with the team.
- Training and supporting less senior colleagues on your specialty-competences.
- Contributing to the team's development of routines and procedures.
- Challenging yourself as a high risk specialist, increasing your understanding of a complex landscape with third parties as well as direct customers.
- Participating in training and sharing your knowledge and ideas.
- Representing multiple Worldline entities.

- Prior experience within the area of AML and KYC.
- Experience in acquiring, FinTech or banking would be a big plus.
- Resilience, strong focus and problem-solving skills.
- Fast learner, self-motivated.
