Test Process Excellence Manager

We are looking for an open-minded, talented and focused on new solutions Test Process Excellence Manager.
Mission of the role: Coach, mentor and support teams to implement Aptiv's standard process. Standardize and deploy key engineering processes for T/V for all of Aptiv. Enhance processes, methods and guidelines for the test processes. Drive engineering standards awareness for end-to-end customer deliverable development.
Your Role:
- Train, coach and mentor project teams on flawless project execution in respective process group to execute corrective action plans to address process non-compliance.
- Verify and promote the company standard process (ASPICE based) in Software and Systems Test and Verification area of business execution.
- Work with competency process and methods groups to ensure competency specific best practices comply with defined frameworks and sign of compliant best practices.
- Facilitate development of standardized methods for process execution in Test and Verification reflecting current market trend and technology for process excellence.
- Contribute actively to process improvements and standardization.
- Analyze the outcome from Customer audits, Field issues, Customer Quality Gates, 3L5W analysis and improve the company standard process in area of the Test and Verification (PIF resolution).
- Ensure the templates, documents and process performance guidelines defined in Aptiv standard process are holistically adhered.
Your Background:
- MSc degree in Computer Science, Electronics or related.
- 7+ years of technical experience in a particular engineering function such as system and software verification.
- Deep understanding of systems and devices testing tools and methods in systems and software development.
- Electronic Product Design experience (Automotive is a plus).
- Able to challenge engineering or supplier's technical analysis and experience in presenting solutions or improvement plans.
- Understanding of Quality Systems and industry requirements (ASPICE, IATF 16949, 26262, VDA).
- Knowledge of script programming languages would be an advantage.
- Experience with Problem Solving techniques.
