Your Tasks
- As part of the Sales Coordination Team you are responsible for providing administrative support to the sales teams in European countries, in particular for UK and Ireland.
- You are responsible for generating and sending sales quotations, follow-up of sent quotes or product samples.
- You are supporting sales in providing information regarding QIAGEN products (availability, product data, etc. based on Fiori and SAP system).
- You are responding to customer inquiries, clarifying queries with other teams: Customer Care, Contracts & Tenders, Supply Chain, Instrumentation, etc.
- You are creating customer-specific price lists and sales reports, ordering medical instruments on sales requests for customer demonstration, managing the Sales Prospects queue and participating in sales projects.
Your Profile
- You completed your university education, at least with a Bachelor degree.
- You are known for your fluency in English; knowledge of another European language is welcome.
- You have a very good knowledge of MS Office applications; especially Excel is an advantage.
- Bringing knowledge of Salesforce Lightning and SAP is preferred.
- To complete your profile you are excellent in organizing yourself, have a structured approach to tasks and always strive for accuracy.
