Phantasma Labs, a Berlin-based, remote-first company, seeks a Software Engineer to join our backend team and help build, run and improve our AI-driven production planning software. You’ll connect the system to customer environments and collaborate closely with ML specialists to deliver production-ready features.
You’ll contribute Rust backend code, frontend React/TypeScript, tests and deployments on Kubernetes, while supporting MLOps workflows.
