Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Full Stack Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who have a good understanding of IT concepts and have a few years of experience in different parts of software, especially in a start-up environment. The Full Stack Developer will be involved in our ongoing projects and will be given the opportunity to propose solutions and share ideas on how to improve our applications.

Key Responsibilities – What You'll be Doing

  • Develop and maintain web and mobile applications using some of: React, React Native, Next.js, Nest.js, HTML, and Tailwind CSS.
  • Build and maintain backend services with a focus on performance and scalability.
  • Design and manage relational databases, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Implement and optimize RESTful APIs.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications, ensuring smooth functionality.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in full-stack development.

Requirements – What You'll bring to the table

  • Proficiency in React, React Native, TypeScript, Next.js, Nest.js, and HTML with Tailwind CSS.
  • At least 5 years of experience in frontend and/or backend development.
  • Computer Science degree or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL databases.
  • Familiarity with state management tools like Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
  • Experience integrating third-party APIs and working with authentication systems (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
  • Understanding of version control systems like Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Genuine interest in health and digital health solutions with a desire to make a positive impact in the industry.
  • Knowledge of Azure.

Nice to have:

  • Basic knowledge of Python or any other programming language.
  • Experience in application testing.
  • Interest in AI tools and their usage.
