Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Product Owner in the area of SAP Sales to join our IT / Digital Transformation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities for SAP Sales-related projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of SAP solutions that align with Husqvarna Group's business goals and digital transformation initiatives.

Husqvarna Group is a global leading producer of outdoor power products and innovative solutions for forest, park, and garden care. Our products include chainsaws, robotic lawn mowers, and ride-on lawn mowers, as well as garden watering systems and cutting equipment and diamond tools for the construction and stone industries. Your responsibilities:

  1. Define and prioritize the product backlog and development for SAP Sales, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
  2. Act as the primary liaison between the business stakeholders and the development team, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to gather feedback and refine product strategies.
  4. Monitor the implementation of SAP Sales solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and project timelines.
  5. Drive continuous improvement of the SAP Sales platform, incorporating feedback and emerging market trends.
  6. Facilitate sprint planning, review meetings, and retrospectives with the development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  7. Manage stakeholders' expectations and communicate progress, risks, and opportunities effectively.

About you:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a strong focus on SAP Sales or SAP ERP implementations.
  3. Deep understanding of SAP Sales processes and configurations.
  4. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions that drive business value.
  6. Agile/Scrum certification is preferred.
