NPI Engineer

As a New Product Introduction Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work in our Centre of Excellence, contributing to the production of advanced banking cards and secure documents.

Your daily tasks will include:

1. Ensuring design quality elements are maintained and compliant with customer requirements.
2. Coordinating projects for implementing and qualifying new products, including materials and products.
3. Participating in and cooperating with the implementation of new processes and machines.
4. Coordinating the transfer of new products from other factories within the Group.
5. Collaborating with internal teams, including Procurement, Supplier Quality, R&D, and Manufacturing, to ensure that new products have necessary documentation and information required for a product lifecycle.
6. Providing support to other teams regarding data issues in IT systems related to Industrialization.
7. Training managers, operators, and other employees on new products, processes, and materials.
8. Gathering, analyzing, and presenting quality data to build and implement projects for improvement.
9. Managing IT technical systems (PDM, Oracle) by inputting data, updating, and maintaining them.
10. Creating technical and quality documents aligned with company standards and practices.
11. Managing customers' orders in the field of industrializing products.

1. A technical degree (or currently studying in the last years).
2. Practical knowledge of operations and manufacturing processes.
3. Experience as an NPI or Quality engineer, or in the area of production support.
4. Project management experience in the production environment would be advantageous.
5. To succeed, you must be proactive, able to work independently, and efficiently organize your work and prioritize tasks.
6. Good knowledge of English is essential, as 80% of your work time will involve communication with customers, corporate teams, and external suppliers.
7. Familiarity with MS Office, particularly Excel, is required.
8. If you also know any ERP system (such as Oracle) and software for product data management (PDM), it will be beneficial.
9. You must be flexible, able to work under pressure, and effectively manage stress.
10. You will interact with various people, so you must possess highly developed interpersonal and communication skills; expertise in negotiations and influencing others would also be helpful.
