Are you looking to start your career in finance and accounting within an international environment? Join our European Finance Shared Service Center (FSSC) and gain hands-on experience supporting finance operations across Europe.
Location: Łódź, Poland Contract: Civil-law contract (Umowa zlecenie) Department: European Shared Service Center
Responsibilities
What will you do?
- Support daily accounting operations and consumer claims processes
- Assist with finance and accounting activities performed within the EU region
- Follow standardized processes and support operational excellence initiatives
- Contribute to process improvement and automation projects
- Help identify opportunities for digitalization and increased efficiency in finance operations
Qualifications
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree (or second or final-year student) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
- Good command of English and Polish (written and spoken)
- Interest in finance, accounting, and shared service environments
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Nice to have
- Internship or first experience in finance/accounting
- Knowledge of SAP, ERP systems, RPA, or financial digitalization tools
- Additional European language skills (German, French, Italian, etc.)
