Job Description

You will be responsible for overseeing and managing both local and cloud-based server environments, administering the organization's mail systems and Active Directory services. Your role will also encompass providing support to other departments and contributing to the development of IT infrastructure. All the while, you'll be fostering a positive and collaborative working atmosphere.

This role requires on-call availability.

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsibility for the server environment based on local Windows operating systems and cloud-based systems (GCP and Azure), installation and configuration of systems and applications.
  2. Updating and monitoring maintained systems.
  3. Ensuring the continuity of system operations and the security of IT infrastructure, troubleshooting.
  4. Administrating the organization's mailing systems.
  5. Resolving issues related to mail delivery, monitoring mail security systems, creating and modifying rules, audits.
  6. Administrating Active Directory and EntraID services, managing identities and permissions.
  7. Managing services and applications within the M365 package (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune etc.).
  8. Supporting other departments in their duties.
  9. Work related to the development of IT infrastructure.
  10. Creating technical documentation.
  11. Maintaining a positive work and collaboration atmosphere.

Qualifications

  1. 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator or related.
  2. Fluent knowledge of Polish and English (min. B2).
  3. Higher education in the field of Computer Science or related.
  4. Solid knowledge of Windows Server 2016 and newer.
  5. Solid experience in administering Active Directory.
  6. Ability to manage services (DNS, DHCP, DFS, NPS, IIS, RDP, etc.).
  7. Experience in administering Microsoft Exchange in a hybrid configuration.
  8. Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 platform services.
  9. Experience in managing cloud infrastructure, especially in environments such as GCP and Azure.
  10. Knowledge of Identity and Access Management issues, especially integration with AD and Azure AD.
  11. Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform services and applications.
  12. Knowledge of High Availability, Fault Tolerance, Disaster Recovery, etc. issues.
  13. Knowledge of Infrastructure as a Code solution (Terraform, Ansible).
  14. Ability to write scripts in PowerShell.
  15. Good knowledge of the SMTP protocol and email security topics.
  16. Knowledge of on-prem and cloud infrastructure monitoring tools.
  17. Experience in FortiMail administration is welcome.
