Position Summary

In this role, you'll design, implement, and maintain Kubernetes clusters to ensure our services are scalable, reliable, and efficient. You'll work closely with other teams to optimize our cloud-native solutions, using best practices in container management and automation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Set up and manage Kubernetes clusters to support high-availability services.
  2. Use infrastructure-as-code tools like Crossplane, Terraform, or Ansible for automation.
  3. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with tools like GitHub.
  4. Enhance Kubernetes setups using software-defined networking (SDN) techniques.
  5. Contribute to open-source projects related to Kubernetes or container technologies.
  6. Offer guidance on Kubernetes best practices, including security and performance tuning.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Kubernetes certification (e.g., CKA, CKAD, CKS).
  2. Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Crossplane, Terraform, or Ansible.
  3. Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools, especially GitHub.
  4. Understanding of software-defined networking (SDN) in Kubernetes contexts.
  5. Experience contributing to open-source projects related to Kubernetes or containers.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
