Content Management System Analyst (AEM) - Product Specialist

We are currently looking for a Content Management System Analyst (AEM) to join us at our facility in Łódź, Poland.

The CMS Analyst will lead the web analytics and manage technical integrations within our Content Management System (CMS) environment. This role involves system administration, user management, and ensuring seamless integration of web analytics and translation tools into Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to train and support users across various functions.

- Key responsibilities:

  • Web Analytics Lead – Mapp Intelligence. System Administration:
    • Oversee the setup, maintenance, and ongoing administration of the Mapp Intelligence web analytics platform.
    • Ensure that businesses can obtain regular reporting with actionable data, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
    • Provide user support and troubleshoot any issues related to the analytics platform.
  • User and Access Management:
    • Manage user accounts and access levels, ensuring that appropriate permissions are in place for different user roles.
    • Monitor system usage and compliance with security protocols.
  • Training and Documentation:
    • Develop and deliver training programs to users on the Mapp Intelligence platform, ensuring they understand how to access and interpret reports.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system setup, maintenance, and best practices.
  • Manage Requirements:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for web analytics and reporting.
    • Ensure that the analytics platform meets the evolving needs of the business.
    • Technical Integration Management: Oversee the integration of Mapp Intelligence with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other web applications, such as SharePoint, product catalogues, and eCommerce platforms.
    • Work closely with development teams to implement and test integrations, ensuring seamless functionality.

- Key requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Web Development, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a CMS specialist or similar role, with a focus on system administration, web analytics platforms, and technical integrations.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Mapp Intelligence is highly preferred. Experience in system setup, maintenance, and user support within a CMS or web analytics environment.
  • Strong understanding of user and access management, including setting up permissions and roles. Experience managing translations and working with Lionbridge or similar translation tools is a plus.
  • Training and Documentation: Ability to develop and deliver training programs, as well as create clear and comprehensive documentation. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively train users and document processes.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret data for decision making, proactive problem-solving, collaboration.
