Inviting applications for the role of the Financial Analyst – Assistant Manager - English – Remote Poland.

Working as a part of the COE Business Planning and Analysis organization in a direct reporting line to the COE BP&A Manager.

Providing end-to-end support to finance and business partners is one of the key priorities for the Team to ensure information flow and cost transparency by country & expense P&L reporting line during the fiscal year in order for BD to run highly profitable businesses in the European countries.

Responsibilities

  1. Initial build & submission of financial plans (quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting).
  2. Providing analysis and narratives to explain variances versus prior planning scenarios (prior budget, prior forecast).
  3. Closing financial books in a monthly schedule, followed by variance analysis of Month End Close result and supporting commentary on performance.
  4. Running a cadence of financial reviews with senior business & finance partners for all reporting cycles.
  5. Producing and highlighting trends in data & performance analysis.
  6. Collaboration and co-operation with BP&A EMEA Client organization ensuring alignment with key partner requirements both internal and external to finance community.
  7. Participation in project activities at different stages of implementation.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

  1. Excellent communication skills with team player bias.
  2. Preferably FP&A experience.
  3. Quick learning and proactive with an approach to work independently to resolve tasks.
  4. Process improvement orientated with a focus on implementing standardization in processes.
  5. Bachelor or Master's degree in finance or related field (preferably Accounting / Controlling).
  6. Very good analytical skills & presentation skills.
  7. Excellent English skills.
  8. Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  9. Good understanding of project management methods and/or operational improvement.
  10. Flexibility and adaptability in changing environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Analytical thinking and ability to learn fast.
  2. Personal culture and familiar to deal with clients in an accurate manner.
  3. High motivation and self-starter.
  4. Experience in using BI reporting (Power BI, SAP, BPC) tools would be an asset.
  5. A strong understanding of budgeting and planning techniques (budgeting, forecasting) and good knowledge of accounting (SAP, Business Warehouse).
