We are currently constructing multiple turnkey data centre projects in 7 different European countries, equating to over 430 MW of IT load in flight.

We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking a MEP Lead to join our team.

The MEP Lead, ideally with an electrical bias, will lead a team of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers in the delivery of large MEP projects and will ensure the project programme is adhered to.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead a team of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers.
  2. Propose suitable changes to design to improve cost efficiency, ease construction programme, and enhance specification and quality completion.
  3. Display commercial astuteness.
  4. Monitor construction regarding quality of workmanship and materials.
  5. Coordinate and liaise with contracts manager, site engineers, and other discipline leads to ensure that all subcontractors and site personnel have timely and accurate information.
  6. Check and ensure understanding of drawings and specifications, and ensure that any errors/omissions are formally communicated to the design team in a timely manner.
  7. Establish project resource requirements and lead and motivate the project team.
  8. Oversee the highest quality of health and safety.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant area.
  2. Strong knowledge of procurement.
  3. Experience in scheduling, programming, and sequencing.
  4. Experience in effectively leading MEP teams is essential.
  5. Experience in the delivery of large-scale MEP projects.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
